r5: added 'h' to getopts, cleaned up main a bit

r4: increased upload timeout to 30, added timers around upload_archive()

r3: 1)  Dates are now real values in ISO8601 format (but witout the - and T)
    2)  Arc format updated.
    3)  Upload_Archive fixed, should now properly upload results.

r2 : Uses GetOpt for params, only -u and -p now required, worklist url -w and tmpdir -t 
     are tweakable.
